Union Tunes – What we are listening to!

a girl with her foot on the radio listening to tunes

If music be the food of love play on!  Ok a bit flowery… but a huge part of the Union experience, especially working on level 7, is the somewhat random tunes blasting away.  In the absence of the level 7 jukebox, some of the Union staff drop their listening habits below:

Mr Jukes & Barney Artist – Blowin Steam (Open Up Your Mind)

“I’ve been waiting for four years for Mr Jukes to release more music, and he’s finally done it! The collaborations with Barney Artist are perfect summer vibes and makes me so excited to see them someday at a gig or festival.”
Adam – Democracy

KennyHoopla – hollywood sucks//

“Pop-punk is back!  Did it ever really go away?  Probably not… However my pick is KennyHoopla who is moving from strength to strength with his latest Travis Barker collab.  A brilliant slice of angsty energy.  Perfect for a run, intense study session or therapeutic solo mosh pit.  It’s not a phase mom…”
Stuart – Social Media

Toploader – Dancing in the Moonlight

“Always my go to feel good tune from Toploader. It’s cheesy and catchy and will instantly brighten my mood.”
Megan – Digital Marketing

Roxy Music – Avalon

“When it’s all getting a bit loud and busy, there’s something soothing about the tempo of this track and Bryan Ferry‘s beautiful voice that inspires 4 minutes of absolute peaceful joy”
Andi – Representation

Flyte – I’ve Got a Girl

“The first gig I’ve got planned after lockdown is Flyte and I can’t wait to finally see them! Their new album is great and it will be amazing to see them perform it live.”
Tally – Student Engagement

Gilligan Moss – Ultraparadiso

“I can’t get enough of this entire album! It’s unique and effortlessly uplifting, the musical equivalent of a hug from your best friend.”
Silja – Opportunities

So these are our choices of tunes this time around!  What do you think?  Got better taste?  Let us know!
